We booked this hotel as part of a package, at the last moment. The place is really great.
Location is perfect, less than 500 meters from Port Alcudia (with bars, restaurants etc…) but still far enough to be a bit away from all noise.
A great beach is just few steps away. There are many super markets and restaurants in the near area. Quality bicycles can be rented at the reception.
The apartment was really clean and nice, with a bedroom and a living room, small but well equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. Mid-size pool at the hotel, but guests can freely use the huge pool area of the Alcudia Garden hotel, just across the street. We decided not to go for the All Included, but talked to people who really enjoyed the quality and selection.
2 minor things – reception is a bit and always busy. The cooking hub is even slower ;=))
We are defiantly going there again!

- LINES! Oh my god. 2 persons serving the whole hotel with drinks, which results in HUGE LINES, taking forever to get a drink. Why do they close the "self help" soda and beer taps after dinner???? Would decrease the lines MASSIVELY! Doesn't feel very "all inclusive". And during daytime you only have one bar open by the main pool, causing even more lines. Why can't we serve ourself drinks, like at most all inclusive hotels? Much more effective!
- NO AIRCON! Have to sleep with windows open, resulting thousands of mosquitoes.
- TOILETS! You demand the guests to sit at the main pool (since you close the bar at the small pool at 6PM????) and stand in line forever for drinks, and then only offer one toilet at the ladies room by the lobby, resulting in even more lines! You need more toilets around the pool area, for sure!!!
- VERY loud restaurang.
- VERY annoying minidisco, being too long and loud.
- Uncomfortable beds.
Overall not happy. Choose another hotel.

Friendly staff towards the children. Pretty hotel. Food is served at the neighbor hotel but the Quality of the food is poor and would not recommend the all in solution. The Swimmingpools are either 40cm deep or minimum 140cm deep so not too child friendly. Cleaning of the room was lacking very much. Many Germans at this hotel and staff will either address you in Spanish or German. Location of the hotel was fine.

We book a room for four people but there were only two beds ready. The equipment of the kitchen was too basic and we couldn't wash because there weren't the staff to do that.
We are from Spain, and everybody in the hotel is from abroad. Because of that hotel stuff was looking at us all the time like if we weren't customers and we were cheating them.
To be fair I would like to add that the garden and swimming-pool are huge and charming, but we are not going back here anymore.

Really enjoyed our weeks break with our two year old toddler. Loved the hotel, friendly staff especially the entertainment team, they really made it special for my little one, even though he was a little too young for some of the activities, everything he did take part in with myself and my husband he enjoyed and knew the staff and hugged one of the members when he was saying goodbye. We will definitely stick to the quieter palm garden especially with a young toddler who does still nap in the day time. some small niggles, our two year old was able to open the door to let himself out and we didn't want him 'escaping' to go jump in the pool! the apartment was lovely And clean when we arrived, it said on the hotwl i fo leaflet that the aprtnent is cleaned every tuesday and thursday, however in the entire time we were there our apartment had not been cleaned, bins hadnt been changed or new towels given. With a toddler still in nappies we were changing the bins ourselves and were asking the chamber maids when we saw them for new towels, we would help ourselves to the loo rolls on the trolley outside. Not pleased about that part. it was something we wanted to speak to management about but with little one it was missed off our things to do list.
This didn't spoil the fact we had a wonderful holiday with the most beautiful beach a few mins away. The main hotel was fine to walk to. Took us about 3 minutes walking through the gardens, we were in room 9010 snd it was a lovely stay.
