The hospitality alone deserves 5 stars. Best treatment at any hotel in the Caribbean so far. The rooms have everything you could possible want for and more. The block surrounding you has everything you could need, from pharmacy, 24 hr restaurant, liquor, doctor, banks, everything. This is a great place and would stay again.
Great location friendly staff and comfy beds perfect

Just got back had a lovely ground floor fully equipped studio with staff who would do anything for you ,from arranging tours or booking a cab.
My wife is disabled so was given a ground floor as requested and was more than suitable.
Rooms were cleaned every day with free aircon and safe deposit box.
Exceeded expectations

Our third time to Barbados, first time at the Palm Garden Hotel and we were impressed with the overall service.
This is a relatively old hotel, but old doesn't mean run-down, as it is well maintained. Grounds are clean, simple, neat landscaping and very comfortable surroundings.
It was impressive to see the pride in the staff towards this property, even though it doesnt boast of modern fittings, a level of care and effort were placed into the service at this hotel. Daily housekeeping, daily yard maintenance. Pool area quite relaxing.
The room was spacious, we had a suite, outfitted with a microwave, fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils, eating area and a couch. The bed was very comfortable, king sized. A small television, with sport and movie channels, a safe, adequate closet and drawer space. Spacious toilet and bath, the towels were worn, some attention can be placed on that specifically. Outdoor clothesline, convenient for guests on the lower level, situated at the back of the room.
The hotel is ideally located to almost everything: food, shopping, grocery, scenic stroll... Not too far from the GAP, but wouldn't recommend walking. Will definitely need a ride to go to Oistins for the famous fish fry. The food was delicious. Also a ride to go to Brown's Bay, not very close to the hotel.
Will we return to beautiful Barbados? Of course.
Will we stay at Palm Garden?
I am sure we will sometime in the future.
The Pereira's
tucked away nicely

Clean and polite and super value, staff were courteous- short walk to beach crossing main road, good local pastries at the garage, short bus ride into bridgetown and good local supermarket three hundred yards away
Good place for a short stay

I got a room upgrade to the top floor with a balcony. Lots of room and great for self catering (which I did most of the time in this very expensive country). The supermarket and beach were nearby and a bus stop for going to/from Bridgetown. WiFi did not work from this room which meant going downstairs to the lobby. A ceiling fan was not sufficient for cooling the main living area. Staff were very friendly and helped arrange tours.
The Hotel may give you a better rate if you call them directly instead of using an on line booking agent.
