Rooms are good. Food choices need to be increased. The spa Wellness centre is good. Its good for doing small business meet. For someone having factory or C&F at the location the hotel is good otherwise it is not so

Its centrally located ( a little walk to PVR and eating joints) .. The staff is really friendly and takes care of you. They really made you feel at home. but yes, their food is appalling - dont order room service. But why would you? There are plenty of options around at 1 min walk from the back gate of the hotel. I can book this property again sometime - only cos of the service and the staff.

A hotel with a spa and pool for a little price! We booked on goibibo and it was a very good choice.
The front desk is very helpful, we even order food with them and not at the room service by mistake 😂

I must share, this is a very good hotel for business travellers. Clean and spacious rooms, quality food and hospitality. Reception staff was welcoming and courteous. Amenities were properly placed. Very good hotel in its category.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Room was fine with all necessary amenities.
Buffet Breakfast was average. This is a small 4* hotel. Room service was quick. Staff was cooperative except the manager. I think the only problem in this hotel is duty manager. I don't remember the name of that guy but he don't know how to speak to any guest and what is hospitality. So i will suggest to the owner that just talk to him and tell him to learn some ethics.
