The location is beautiful in Fern hill. It is walking distance from Sterling resorts. The rooms are spacious with all basic requirements. WiFi is not accessible from rooms. There is no locker or minibar. The road access is also not that good.

We a family of 3 members stayed for a week. We enjoyed our stay, room is clean and neat, staff's (Reception, Room service and Restaurant) are really helpful, they took care of our needs (food requests, travelling arrangements) on time. Only thing that can be improved at this place is WiFi facility, we experienced signal dropout then and there. Place is safe to stay. 10 mins drive from Charing Cross.

Ruby rooms have nice view & food is good.
Rooms are not very clean. Room no 308 ( Platinum ). Bathrooms were in bad state. Water leaked from tiles. Also there was frog in there, which was disgusting!
Booked through Yatra, Booking was missing when i arrived. Still they managed to get me a room. Room service is slow, food is good. I shifted to Ruby room which was really good.

Located very far from the market and even the tourist spots but it has a good view from the entrance... great service and food too!! Expect it to be freezing at midnight as the rooms are 1/2 floor above reception!

We had booked a family room for 4 and had a very pleasant stay. Everyone of our family liked the room
All in all this was a good room at the price. One has to have a skill to navigate a steep uphill to reach the hotel room from the reception
