First the good points- the room was clean, quiet and the bed comfy.
But
Housekeeping had not noticed that the toilet ran the whole time and that the basin had a faulty plug which did not seal nor could it be removed without breaking finger nails. A phone call to reception brought a maintenance man very quickly.
The phone call was not so easy as there was nothing in the room giving inhouse numbers nor how to get an outside line. We complained to reception about lack of compendium " now that would be a good idea?"
We felt that tourist information should be available. They had the leaflets but we were rationed to a map. Nor were we told that the hotel shuttle would take us anywhere within two miles. At check in something was said about shuttle to malls but that was all. Service poor- we never got a room service order. Restaurant & kitchen seemed understaffed. We waited ages for supper (good) and breakfast when the eggs bend were inedible as the eggs had not been drained and so the muffin was sodden.
Hotel is a little away from rest of hotels but walkable and shuttle useful if you know about it!

I was actually looking forward to my stay here. Booked online through website to attempt an upgrade... Fail... i get to the hotel and the idea of an upgrade was a queen bed to a king bed... Boo.... I get to my room and i guess there idea of a nice view was looking at the top of another building... Boo.... The only reason they are getting my highest rating is the room service lady that came to my room was so sweet. She was really interested in making sure we were happy and got everything we wanted. Then there was check-out, the manager was going off on a customer over the phone. So i waited and waited and waited, talk about being in a rush 30 minutes later being the only person in line I got help and this was only to confirm everything on my check-out. No No and No...

We came to Seattle for the first time ever last weekend and stayed two nights at the Pan Pacific Seattle. I can honestly say the queen sized bed we slept in was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was absolutely marvelous. The sheets were so soft, the pillows were downy and poof-y, the quilt offered the perfect amount of coziness. The temperature control for the room worked immediately and cooled the room down to 66 degrees. The night stand had a alarm clock with two usb ports. So many details are attended to plus super friendly staff, a town car and driver, Whole Foods in a great neighborhood of downtown. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Very good, asked where we could get bottled water and they brought some to our room. Room was very nice with a great view of the space needle. Did not like the bed or pillows, beds were to hard and the pillows were to soft. All in all a good experience.

Loved this place it was convenient comfortable and relaxing. Clean rooms and close to everything. Wish we had fridge room ... other than that perfect stay. Mia and Lily at front desk were the best, informative and always eager to help
