Me and my partner absolutely love the layout of the hotel rooms and the swimming pool is such a nice place to chill during the day. but would suggest improvement on evening entertainment and having more of a selection of food.
The Barman(sorry forgot your name) he does the evenings but he is AMAZING! and definitely a credit to the hotel.
The hotel wasn't far from shops and even the clubbing strip wasn't far to walk.

We have just come back from a 10 day all inclusive at Panas Holiday Village and we miss it already! We arrived and were greeted as friends, by the time we left we had been made to feel like family. The staff went out of their way to look after us with our needs on and off site. We would highly recommend Panas and can't wait to go back asap!

Just returned from a 10 day all inclusive stay at Panas holiday Village and we're already missing it very much. It was recommended to us by our daughter who visited here last year. The hotel offers a great range of delicious food. Plenty to choose from and of excellent quality. The hotel has a fantastic huge pool, and a small toddler pool also. The staff work hard and are super friendly. You are made to feel so welcome. In particular we found the barman to be exceptional, he is very efficient, and a friendly gentleman. The waiting staff are likewise excellent. We were very impressed when we had to mention to reception that a small leak appeared in our bathroom....this was rectified within 30 mins after mentioning it, very impressed by this! Entertainment was organised most evenings, magician, singer, quiz, dancers etc. Children are also catered for by involving them in simple entertainment in early evening singing/dancing with staff. Our room was large with everything you needed, had fridge, microwave, sink, small cooker, kettle and utensils. We didn't make use of these as we were All Inclusive of course! Bed was comfortable and everything was kept clean. The location was perfect, to the rear is the sea, rocky shoreline but a short stroll of 10 mins takes you to Sandy Bay, which as the name suggests is a sandy beach where there are water sports available and restaurants. To the front of hotel it is only a 5 min walk onto the street where you will find plenty of shops, quad bikes/buggy hire. We hired a buggy and had a fantastic day. If you like nightlife the hotel isn't more than 15 minutes walk into the hub of Ayia Napa bar/club area. If not, there are plenty of smaller bars to choose from that are close by. The hotel isn't affected by any nighttime noise so you get a good night's sleep. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you to all at Panas!

Just got bk this morning after spending 10 days at this hotel, where do I begin! Food was terrible n cold same things day in and out, we went all inclusive but ate out 7 nite of the 10, breakfast was cold so lived on toast. Only allowed clean towels every 2nd-3rd day n sheets only changed once if we wanted clean ones we had to pay €3 which was ridiculous, payed £750 for this holiday very disappointed 😛😛😡

We're do I start , first time I have felt to leave a bad report , but this hotel is over priced , Wee went all inclusive the food is the same every day can't even get a nice breakfast . Lunch dried up and in sort supply , dinner the same .
The room clean simple .
But If you want clean towels every day you have to pay extra same goes for sheets .
No snacks during day
Staff ok and pool
I am so dissapionted this holiday was not cheep 😫
