Panorama is located near the surface urban train serving Addis Ababa, making easy reach most places deserving a visit. Hotel bus picked me from the airport and reception kindly allowed early checkup. Food is delicious. Internet is free, it's speed fluctuates, probably beyond hotel's control. Service is attentive and courteous. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Bring earplugs as single-paneled windows let some noise in. I strongly recommend this place, it has several conference rooms, quiet atmosphere.

I spent 1 night in the hotel with my family as we had a long lay over until our connecting flight.
We were greeted by friendly staff willing to assist where ever they could.
Rooms were adequate and clean

I visited this place daily to have lunch and use wifi. I always thought the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the manager is very very rude. He made me feel unwelcomed on multiple occasions though I regularly spent lots of money in the hotel. It's very unfortunate because I thought very fondly of the hotel at first.
But besides my personal issues here's bottom line: the menu options are very small, and when you do choose an item you may find it to be poorly cooked. So if you are at panorama expecting a decent meal, please go elsewhere.

We used this hotel as a transit for our 9 hour lay off between flights. Its in the middle of the road in Addis, but is still reasonably quiet. Staff is friendly, limited choice of food though for veggies. Managed to get some soup, spaghetti and rice with zucchini. Rooms a decent and the place is clean. No fans or A/C, but with cold temperature it was not missed.

I went on a brief trip to addis and stayed for the again at the hotel for a couple of nights.
Staff were friendly, food was good, wifi was working fine and I had quiet and peaceful nights.
I would definitely come again.
