We only booked into here for the one night (as BA decided to get rid of the Saturday return flight this year!!). Beautiful setting with all mod cons. Small kitchen, fridge, tv, air con. It has its own small patio which leads to a swimming pool and a terrace with comfy chairs which you can watch the sun rise over the mountains...if you're daft enough like me to be up at 7am on holiday. Love this place. A couple of miles down the coast road from Agios Nikolaus.

We stayed here for two weeks in villa number 6, which has lovely views across the bay and mountains, we loved the large patio area. I do not agree with the review about bad management, our experience was that the family that own this are lovely, very friendly, approachable and helpful.
The apartments are spacious, clean, and were regularly cleaned with fresh laundry and towels. We only made breakfast and lunch, but they had everything we needed. The pool area and pool are perfect, nice and quite and way better than the hotel nearby that looked very busy.
Air con was in the bedroom only, but was adequate, the whole area felt clean, safe and relaxed and made for a lovely holiday. Great views of the sunrise too.
About 5 miles from Ag. Nikolas (10mins by car) and Istron, with loads of restaurants to choose from. You need a car ideally but there was a bus stop near by.

Very nice, roomy and clean appartments with a great outside pool. The have a beautiful terrace with a great sea-view. The staff is always willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One day the lock of our appartment jammed and we were unable to get in, but this was promptly resolved the same afternoon. The outside pool was a bit too cold probably due to the bad weather we had. The coverage of the wifi is one of the minor things that could be improved, as that was rather flaky, both at the pool side and in our room. We also had a problem with cold shower water which was also resolved as soon as we reported it. We do recommend a rental car as it's located on a steep hill and the closest town is a few km away.

I booked an apartment for one day and later I asked for another day extension. There were 4 apartments available at that moment and I asked for a villa with the best possible view. Finally, I was given a villa which didn't seem so good to me. Moreover they told me to book the extra day in booking.com or in their website. They proposed me (twice) a wrong way to do this. Finally they admitted they didn't know that this type of booking was not valid in both websites and I should inform them about it !!!! I didn't trust them. Their behavior was childish and I preferred to cancel the booking (paying cancelation fees) than trying to negotiate the terms. Moreover they never called me but they demanded from me to do so! I tried once but they didn't answer. Communication was only by emails. My impression is that these people are not professionals. They intend to give the villas with lower demand first. They really don't respect customers.

Panorama villas are a beautiful place for holidays ☺ Mrs Sonia and Alexis are so kind! It has also a magnificent view...it is next to Agios Nikolaos, just 5 km away! We have a good time there ❤ we definitely recommend 'Panorama Villas'😎
