We stayed in the main building. Room was quite good - a lot of space and a big terrace facing pine trees outsides.
Really good choice of entertainment for kids.
Plenty of food - you always find something good to eat - at any reasonable time of the day.
Actually, it's the first place from our 4 last holidays where we really feel like staying there again, with no major compromises in anything. Yes, I also noticed the outdated room furniture but it doesn't seem to cause any inconvience during your stay.
I wouldn't rate this hotel as "quiet" only because our room was facing the neighboring hotel and they played some annoying loud music exactly at those times of the day&night when we needed to get our small kid to bed. So we had to close the window and use the A/C instead of enjoying nice September weather outside. So maybe next time I will ask for a room facing the opposite side.

My wife and i arrived at the hotel very late around 11pm. We was checked in and in our villa within 10mins. so what a good start. The room was very nice but i felt inneed of some updating. ( that i understand will be hapning this year out of season) the room was very clean on arival and was maintained during our stay. The villas are set in wonderful lush well- kept grounds.
The setting of the hotel around the grounds and pool area was 5 star.The hotel sits right on the sandy beach. There are small shops open during the day offering all kinds of food and drinks, this was a very good tuch. The toilets around the grounds were very, very clean, infact during our weeks stay i didnt see any dirt or rubbish laying around, the staff was magnificent,even the board walks on the beach was swept 3-4 times a day,at one point they was sweeping the sand.
All the bars are large and open areas. staff constantly walking around cleaning and clearing tables. All staff wearing a uniform and looked very smart.
during the 7 days we found there to be plenty of variety food wise. the food was of a very high standard.plenty to pick from.
Entertainment in the evening was a mixed bag. most days it was of a very high standard with great acts that where very good. other nights not as good. A bit DIY ish. but still not to be missed.
A couple of items that the hotel have no control over im affraid. during our stay we found children being allowed to run around the restaurant like it was a play ground. at on point one child was on a scooter. mybe good to have an adult seating area.
Heated external pool would have been nice, the water was just to cold for all to swim in.
All in all great hotel would go back.

Good hotel, food and service very good.
Easy going hotel and value for money.
A little dated hotel but everything is good enough.
Entertainment and shows are fun to watch.
On the beach lost of beds and places enough in the shadow.
Mostly Russian but no problem at all.
Very good short holiday late oktober with beautiful weather.

We have been in Papillon Belvil with my 3-years old daughter in term 16.-23.9.
We enjoyed it there very much, especially the food. If I compare with other hotels, the quality and quatity was really amazing. Thanks to Chef!
The hotel is suitable for families, esp. for children age 2-10. They have Pappy club, evening children disco, children restaurant, swimming pool…
Small houses in the garden have a bit small rooms with no place to hang your dress. What´s a pity.
All workers were very nice and tried to meet all our wishes.
Kadriye bazar is on Tuesday 8-16 and Friday evening. You can order taxi at the reception 18EUR(there and back) or you can walk 300 m out of the resort and there is also taxi station with price 12 EUR to Kadriye and back.
Little negatives of the hotel: cleaning lady always after finishing her job open klima on 17-18°C, which is terrible – we got ill in the end. Outside 34, inside 17…
Rescue – sit in the corner and play with the mobile phone - don´t count on him
Wake up call – we ordered at 5:00, no one called, they said „sorry, the system is problem“.
However, the hotel is clean with great food and we will recommend the hotel to all our friends.

It's really good and acceptable choice! The service in hotel is perfect, so you never ask twice one thing. Drinks are coming imediately, reception and guest relation do everything quickly and responsible. Gym is good, SPA is quite acceptable , better ask Thai massage and Indonesian specialist.
FOOD is something here! It's a realy place for EAT LOVERS! The only thing which I didn't check its restaurants a,la carte, the rest is UNbelivable! Personally tested "Turkish pancakes" in day time, "Belgian Waffels" with ice cream in special corner, potato with deferent things inside, etc. Evening buffet is REALY SMTH!! Choose one night and eat only SWEATS, I know it's not good for health:(, but you'll never forget it!
One thing is important! Hotel us family friendly, and there is plenty of small kids, so if you are not patient to kids be careful.
