The location of the property is fantastic, its very easy to be guided and guide your taxi etc to come here. However, I wouldn't recommend stay here since the room is small and property not too well taken care of..
There is no restaurant inside the guest house and even cutlery can be a challenge if you plan to dine in. I was here only for a shower but had to endure a power outage since there wasn't any backup power.
So, in conclusion, nice place to change your clothes and freshen up. The price is also justifiable if thats your expectation. If you plan to stay however, I'd not suggest the place.

uncomfortable, no internet advertised, room was not cleaned in 3 days. no food service available, the receptionist was not helpful and was not able to understand English or Hindi. location was ok but real rip off from taxi and auto services.

KVP used to be our favorite pick. It is the one of the best and affordable hotels. We had stayed there earlier twice. But this time, rooms allotted to us were in the opposite hotel.
PROS:Economical;Near to RS(10 min. walk along the track) and Bus stand(5 min. walk)
CONS. observed:Shower was not working;Flush Knob was broken;Couldn't close the window;we saw a RAT running around;Bedspread was not that clean;pillow cover was torn; Artificial lighting was insufficient.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms.
Courteous staff.
Stayed for one night,
Car parking is limited.
Walk-able to nearby restaurants for food.
A good budget place to stay with basic amenities.
Would recommend this to stay for others who are looking for clean budget place.
