We have been waiting from last 1 hours for the rooms to get cleaned , our rooms , reception staff is irresponsible , rude and careless. We rode all the way from Pune in heat and this is the treatment the hotel staff provides. Hopeless , uncourteous, basics of hoteling guidelines missing.

This is my second stay in this resort.I had made booking through Mumbai office by Ms.Prajakta.She is very cooperative and gave me whatever best possible package.
We stayed in suit room for four days which was very spacious and well furnished.
Room service and housekeeping was very good.
Also resort situated very near to beach and the swimming pool is just amazing.
Food quality in restaurant was good.
My daughter love this place and wanna stay again in paradise village beach resort if we will in Goa.
Also I recommend my other friends to visit this amazing resort...

Thanks to Paradise Village Hotel Team for good hospitality, support for making our Goa trip memorable for 4 days. Entire campus was well maintained and kept clean and hygiene. All facilities like swimming pool, barbeque, evening entertainments with live orchestra was very good. All Support staffs and pantry team was very polite and supportive. Special thanks to them for orgnising food at last moments for our 20 people group. Overall experience was good. We will recommend this to our friends and families. I had made booking thru Mumbai office. Ms. Ahi was the lady who dealt my booking. She had been good to me and gave me what ever best possible package.
I stayed in Princeton Villa room which are new rooms. Rooms were in good quality and staff at the hotel was also good.
This is good budget resort for family with access to beach. Don't aspect too much. I enjoyed my stay during 4 days.
I advised them to improve on 2 aspect -
1. Breakfast options for Vegetarian like us.
2. Clean Linen and housekeeping staffs, they must be trained to be professional.
Otherwise I find it good.

Visited the hotel with 4 other families. Only plus point is beach access and decent pool. You can find better options in similar budget nearby.
Room linen were filthy and so was the mattress, housekeeping is also very poor.
Rooms are decent in size and suite is spacious however amenities are next to nothing.
So nothing great and average hotel for this price there are better options available
