We enjoyed our stay at Paradiso Delle Madonie even though it was very brief. The room was nice and clean with the standard amenities for a hotel. The bathroom was a bit tight but it was also very clean. Parking is available on the street behind the hotel and we had no problem finding a spot.

The hotel is located on the main street, quite noisy in the morning, at walking distance of the old castle and the town's restaurants. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the staff is nice. Free parking and free good wi-fi. Generous Italian breakfast, delicious coffee.

The location, room, parking, breakfast including the coffee, the beds were all acceptable. Street noise on the front, especially in the morning, is intense. Unfortunately, my daughter forgot her brand-new bikini which was hanging to dry on the balcony. Though we immediately sent an email requesting it be sent and that we would reimburse postage, and we received promise that the hotel would do so, we never received it. We repeated our request (in Italian) and again received promise it would be mailed, to no avail. A small easily-made question that was not answered. Bad service.

Eventhough when we arrived to Castelbuono in May it was raining- it didnt spoil our Castelbuono adventure. Staff at the hotel is really nice, giving all the guests umbrellas, providing with maps etc.
Rooms are very spaciosus, extremly comfortable and the breakfast is just perfect:)
Its a perfect spot to come, leave your car and start exploring magical Castelbuono:)

we stayed here only for one night. we had no problem, on the contrary - our stay here was very pleasant: staff was helpful and spoke good English, rooms were clean and had all that we need, breakfast was good.
