We stayed at the Parador for a couple of nights whilst in the area for a party.
Impressions were good, easy to find, easy to park & quickly checked in,
The whole place was spotlessly clean, and our room was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and had the most powerful shower in the world!
It is on the edge of town, but that was not a problem for us.
Drinks were quite expensive and the bar closed early, the mini bar in the room was very expensive.
It was disappointing that there was no tea / coffee facilities in the room & you could not get a cup of coffee until I think 11am.
Overall though it was a very nice place to stay.

Ayamonte is at the south western extremity of Spain. The modern Parador overlooks the estuary of the River Guadiana that separates Spain from Portugal. The location is on the outskirts of the town situated on a hill, and is very relaxing. We stayed for three days, chilling out and enjoying the atmosphere and quietness. It is a good place to see magnificent sunsets!

Poor breakfast ..no muesli ..eggs pre cooked and hard(although they did cook some fresh eggs )dissapointing dinner ..small portion sizes and argumentative waitress.Room lacked atmosphere..bright lighting Bed with blankets and no duvet.

really relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Really attentive and helpful staff and a great facility overall. A little bit out of the town, but a twenty minute walk or short taxi makes eating out in town easy.

Only the dining was disappointing at breakfast everything else was very good, We were very impressed with the room and enjoyed the swimming area and the Parador location. Would be a good venue for a New year party
