The hotel was okay but not as special as other reviewers said. I requested for a room on a higher floor, but got one on the ground floor. Our view pf Segovia was somewhat obstructed. The best view was from the restaurant, and the food was pretty good. The welcome drinks served at the bar were of poor quality, especially the red wine was horrible. Both indoor and outdoor pools were not working during our visit. The staff were not very hospitable - maybe we were too spoiled by other hotels and friendly Spaniards in general. Overall, it was okay, but not wow.

This Parador is located on a south facing hillside overlooking the city of Segovia. It is a spacious modern structure with plenty of parking and an adequate number of shaded spaces. There is easy access to the garden. Most of the rooms seem to have a good view of the city.

The experience was better than our stay at Toledo, Toledo like a youth hostal.
The service teams are stressed, very busy in the evening, they don`t understand English, therefore it was different to order the dinner.
Even the teams at the receptions (Chinchon too) were not well educated.

Great for families WITHOUT children. The restaurant opens for dinner at 8:30 pm, too late for small children. And the indoor pool opens only 5pm (!) during the week ... one of the attractions would be the pool for our two year old son ...

Most rooms have a balcony looking over Segovia and views of the setting sun. The variety and quality of the food at dinner and the service was first class. The site is excellent, with plenty of parking.
