I recently attended a seminar in this hotel. They have a pretty decent sized conferance hall that can accommodate small team meetings. The dining area is very small. The positive thing about this place is the quality of food and its connectivity. It is located just next to Sandal soap factory metro station.
The taste of the food is very good... I will go back to this place again only for the food.

Spent a day on a business trip. Liked the overall property, the ambience, the food quality, the behaviour of the staff, chilling AC etc. I would recommend this place to all fellow travellers. It's worth paying a visit. It's very approachable area wise.

This hotel is honestly a surprise in busy Bengaluru. While it might not have a great view, its location is priceless. It is located walking distance from a major mall where you can access food shopping and entertainment. The service is great, not a big fan of their breakfast though. Wish they offered options for non-vegetarians like me. Otherwise the rooms are neat and tidy. They are also surprisingly quiet given the noisy traffic and the metro outside

In hospitality industry, service is like soul while the property or commodity is the body of it. Without a good ambiance or courteous service, you may not feel the most tasty food of a restaurant yummy. Same goes with the hotels, too. Without a good service, whatever cozy hotel it be, your stay is bound not to be comfortable.
During last week of January and first week of February this year, I choose Parijatha Gateway to experience a comfortable stay with family. Safe parking facility at the cellar, excellent location adjacent to Orion Mall, clean and well maintained rooms, a front desk with number of staffs at your service and nice restaurant are some of the features that did beckon me to select Parijatha to make my little son's first visit to Bengaluru memorable. I drove from Hyderabad, greeted by the hotel staffs with warmth, checked-in smoothly and happily. But, in contrast to my initial pleasant experience, the services I found just opposite. Be it, a bottle of mineral water or a cup of tea, in-room dinning or an extra bed (for my son), I had to call the room service number of times and sometimes repeated reminders at half an hour intervals delivered just promises. I had to do what I hate most - lodging complaints! The front desk apologized with the request to "adjust" a bit considering they were under-staffed as most of their colleagues were "on leave". I love to consider my experience to be a mere exception at that period of time and would like to validate my point once I stay there next time or any of my friend or relative share their sweet experience. Dear Parijatha, I strongly hope in future, you will deliver what minimum is expected from you in terms of service - something in tune with your quality rooms !!

The restaurant Sangam is a fantastic place for excellent buffet at unbelievably low price. You get sumptuous food of all varieties at a low price. The spread is too good. The starters are excellent. The service is too good. There is a parking place in the cellar. It is just below the Metro station at Govt Soap Factory.
