We recently stayed at this lovely property.
The rooms are unusually large by Paris standards; nice lobby. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
My one caution is to double check what the concierge tell you. There is variability in the quality of assistance there. One concierge was very helpful; double checking to ensure our arrangements were properly arranged. The other concierge was far more casual. Simply checking websites and not confirming accuracy of information. This surfaced in a significant way when my husband and I asked for a referral for breakfast early Sunday am. We were taking a morning tour leaving at 8am.
He referred us to a place near the hotel down a side street that opened at 6:30am. We left around 6:45 and were shocked to find the restaurant was not open; we arrived around 7am.
What was worse; was that the street seemed to be active with less than positive activity. there were a group of men fighting on one side of the street. A woman throwing up in the corner. The most innocuous were 2 men standing on the corner smoking cigarettes.
My husband and I quickly returned to the hotel; we did not have enough time to eat. Because my husband is diabetic, however, we brought crackers etc. just in case.
I saw the concierge later that same day and explained that the location was not open. he called the restaurant and came back to me . and said.. oh they are not open until 7:30am on Sunday. the website said 6:30am
He did not apologize, he did not ask what we did instead.
So my advice.. lovely location... double check advice from the concierge.

Lovely property with great central location. Breakfast was very good and offered a large selection. All staff were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Hannah at breakfast; she really made our stay and was a great hostess!

This hotel is located close to many wonderful restaurants, sites and sounds. The rooms are quiet and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable and bathroom is great size with walk in shower and separate tub. Service was great and breakfast had all the essentials.

It’s in the heart of the famous Champs-Elysées,near cafes ,Restaurants and shops.
The room is good,room service is great,FO a bite snobbish,bar is good and Concierge is informative and helpful.

I had to use my points to stay here on account that rooms were in the $700 per night range. I don't know if thats normal or because it was some sort of special weekend. But for that price this hotel ain't worth it. Rooms are small and they feel like a mid range vegas hotel. Like a monte carlo or cough cough.... paris hotel? Luckily i had enough points tho. But the staff is real nice and very helpful. They had cookies one night and candies out every night. For elite members they have breakfast in their restaurant. That was probably my favorite part of the hotel. It was a buffet and you can order anything off their menu. And it was delicious.
I like the location it's really safe. Guards/police everywhere. The Arc de Triomphe is like a 12 minute walk. There's a bus that takes you to the Arc for like 22 bucks each way from the airport. And you can walk to this hotel (Or take the train for a stop). There's a metro station like 100 feet from the hotel. A sephora next door and a five guys across the street :) There's a mall and market nearby. It's pretty convenient.
I feel, however, this location is a bit far from everything we did. We ubered everywhere and it took like 15 minutes to get everywhere. especially with traffic. The louvre was like a 10-15 minute cab ride. The catacombs like 25-30 mins. The eiffel tower was like 15 mins... And this was one of the closest marriotts to the eiffel tower... eh?
Overall I did enjoy my stay. I had a great time in paris. And despite being in a busy area, I was able to retreat and chill in my room.
