This hotel is situated in Colachel and it is a remote place. The reason we stayed here is that we need to go to the famous Mondaikadu Bagavathy Temple. The hotel is located just opposite to the bus stand and so location is good. This is a basic hotel with basic amenities. Restaurant also available. Room was small but neat. bathroom not so good. Just for a days stay. This is a little town.

Nice hotel to stay near kanyakumari. Rooms and washrooms were of decent size. Service was good and staff was nice too. Food was also fine. Peaceful and calm hotel. Once can book cab to go to main city of kanyakumari.

• Pleasant stay at the Pod
After many years we visited Chennai and we stayed at The Park Pod. At first I felt uneasy because we are used to staying in big hotels, but later things changed and I felt at home, the hotel was peaceful and warm and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It reminded me of my childhood days when Chennai was clam and noise free. The room was neat and clean and the breakfast was not huge but yet substantial. My family loved the place, definitely would love to stay at this hotel again.
• Friendly staff and nice hotel
We arrived at Chennai for my visa, we booked ourselves at the Park Pod for two nights, we arrived at the hotel and were surprised to see the small hidden treasure, the hotel was quiet and clam just what we needed. The food at the restaurant was awesome the staff were so friendly that we ended up taking pictures with them. We will never forget this trip thank you all.
• Value for money
Our friends recommended us to the pod , they said it was a great place to stay in and indeed it was , the room was spacious and they had all the basic necessities required like A/C , safe locker, room service etc and the rate we were offered was the worth every rupee. The breakfast was good. The pool was small not and what we would expect in a hotel. Over all we had a great time.
• Great location, nice staff and great service
This hotel could not be placed in a better place. Situated in the heart of the city near to the U S consulate made it easy for us. It took us just 10 minutes to the consulate, the staff was so helpful they organized a cab for us and also spoke to the driver and instructed him to take care of us. They offered to serve us the breakfast in the room the next day; they were so obliging it really felt like home. Will look forward to visit this hotel the next time around.

Please check before you book this hotel. The hotel is 40 kms away from the actual town of kanyakumari. The hotel staff do not respond to the phone calls. If you are planning to visit kanyakumari than it does not make sense staying here.

While enjoying beauty of Kerala, we visited Kanyakumari also & got a opportunity to stay at this hotel.
The hotel is good. Staff is co-operative.
I didn't like the food much, but members from our group liked it.
The rates are also reasonable.
It's a good choice for stay.
