A large hotel with two outside and one inside swimming pools. Fantastic views across Lake Garda and of the mountains. Good selection of food all self service buffet, so easy to find d food that suits all tastes. Hotel rooms all air-conditioned. Kids club as well. In evening limited choice of things to do, so u need hotel taxi to get into nearest town

Arrived at this Hotel on Sunday 21st May 2017,got allocated smallest room on the second floor despite booking in September last year.Mentioned this to the tour guide who took it up with the Hotel staff but they just said all rooms were the same size but the floor plan on the second floor just outside our room told a different story.The food was very good with lots of choices and we tried them all.Plenty of wine and beer with your meals as well but no coffee at dinner a bit strange.Germans very rude ,pushing and shoving like the it was their last meal on Earth and they always had to be first into the dining room every meal time.Sound familiar.No English newspapers only German ones,mentioned this to Hotel staff but just got the puzzled look.Room was clean and bed was made each day.As a base it was good .The young man at the pool bar was terrific,always had a smile and was eager to please.Good location right on the Lake Garda.

We stayed 7 nights all inclusive as part of a package and we were a party of 40 almost all of us over 60 and some with mobility limitations. It is a fine location facing north from the water's edge. When the weather was good, afternoon tea on the terrace was very enjoyable but the self service buffet for each meal got a bit tedious and because of the isolated location there was very little opportunity to break the sequence and eat out as there were only 2 establishments close by. It was 35 minutes walk to Salo and a short but steep walk up the hill to Benaco, not what you want to enjoy and evening meal.
We had room 1205 and now realise we should have made more fuss. It was too close to the loud music of the evening entertainment which we did not realise would be 6 of our 7 nights. We had very poor hot water flow in our bathroom and reception told me that was usual but late in the stay others in our party told me their hot water was fine. Also we asked for the mirror light in our bathroom to be fixed. It never was but, again, late in our stay we were told by another member of our party that there was another switch!
The dining was very 'school dinners'. Breakfast was not too bad but the water for making tea was not hot enough and there seemed only to be skimmed milk for cereal, even the scrambled egg was of variable quality day to day. But we got by! Dinner was a good range and mostly quite acceptable given the numbers catered for but the dining experience was saved only by the fact we were a party of 40 and so we had good company. If you were just a couple, we would view it as poor.
The ferry boarding point was very close by and trips out on the lake were fine. We just felt a bit underwhelmed by the hotel partly, we realise, because we didn't make enough fuss early enough.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I would say it's more of a good 3 star than 4 star.
Great two bedroom suites for families (although the bathroom could do with an update). We loved Lake Garda but were disappointed by some aspects of the hotel. Great pools and views and reception staff very helpful but as soon as you step into the restaurant for your breakfast and dinner you feel like a second class citizen if you are not part of a group booking. Many guests are bussed in and they obviously have priority. You have to fight for a decent table near the window! The food was all about quantity rather than quality. I suggest you book just a room or B and B only and then visit the many fantastic restaurants in the area.

Room was ok but promised view of the lake a bit narrow and the balcony has no sun.
Food was what we expected on an all inclusive package. Nice swimming pools. Although very near the ferry the hotel was a bit isolated and ther was nowhere to go for a walk. The food was quite good and guess overall we enjoyed our holiday although the staff could have been a bit friendlier.
