Clean and fresh small hotel in the centre of bagni di lucca. Good staff, great rooms, lovely garden and pool overlooking the river and 2 minutes walk to the small town centre. Great value as well. Reccomend.

If you are visiting the historic spa town of Bagni di Lucca where the rich and famous enjoyed living in the 19th century, Park Hotel Regina is the place to stay. You can feel the history of the place there and if only the walls could tell tales.
The Hotel is right in the centre of La Villa in Bagni di Lucca. It has a big outdoor swimmingpool, is clean and very friendly management.
We would never dream of staying anywhere else every time we visit.

We stayed at Hotel Regina for a week in late August/September and found the hotel surpassed all our expectations! We thought we'd booked a basic place to stay given what we paid, but to our utter delight it was anything but. The room was comfortable, clean and cool - we were provided with a very efficient fan. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was terrific! The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful.
The Hotel is perfectly situated, with a few very good restaurants nearby. A wonderful theatre sits right next to the hotel. It was amazing to cool off and swim in the fantastic swimming pool with spectacular views all around. One of the best and cheapest breaks ever.......we loved it!!!

Old world charm feels like you experience a small parcel of the areas history staying here. Would definitely recommend. A place worth experiencing. Clean crisp sheets. Towels are amazing. Some things a little dated but overall probably the best place to stay in the area.

I had the pleasure of spending 2 days at the Regina. What a charming and peaceful environment. The Hotel is a family hotel. Roberto, the general manager, will do anything to please you. The rates are incredibly reasonable and include a full breakfast. The Regina is a beautiful, historic building and the grounds are lovely --- just like a historic Italian Villa. And it has a beautiful pool and spa section with crystal clear water. Bring a novel or two to read and a swimsuit for the pool area and the Terme, some good walking shoes and a hat for some great, peaceful walks and you will have a relaxing, memorable, and mind clearing holiday in the Tuscan hills that is unbeatable.
