Hotel was very nice, great pool with view over park. It was frustrating there was no alcohol in the room mini bar. Food was good, although the Asian, Italian etc was better then the Indian food. The music in the bar was a little too loud for my liking.

Generally a very good hotel and I found that the food quality had gone from very good to excellent. The staff are polite and friendly and keen to help where they can. The swimming pool is great and the massage spa is excellent. It's a great hotel.

Even though we landed up with park hyat at the last minute it was excellently organised by Mansi and the attendees where very patient Witt our request
The room was very neat and food was also good , I would love to come back to the hotel if ever once again

Simply loved Park Hyatt Chennai !
I stayed here for two nights on a business trip.
Staff - Very courteous, helpful and smooth in conversation. One of the best hotel staffs I have ever witnessed and interacted with. Took care of my early breakfast at 4am one day, got my print outs on time, great to converse with in general. Very consistent.
Food - Breakfast buffet was in The Dining Room. It was a great spread of Indian and international cuisine. Sitting outside towards the Lily pond was a great experience.
Room - Classy and luxurious. Amazing bathroom, bed and layout of the room was great. Only issue I had was finding out how to switch off all the lights, and couple of power sockets were not working. The view I had was of ITC Grand Chola which was not bad in itself.
Pool - Roof top pool is one of the best I have seen. Simply relax and marvel.
Fitness centre - Excellent equipment with a trainer.
Lobby area is minimal yet stunning. My go to place in Chennai from now !

First time stay in Park Hyatt Chennai and this looks to be a very new and modern hotel. Rooms are large and well equipt for an extremely comfortable stay. Great service by staff. I had a really great stay.
