Nice friendly welcome on arrival. Lovely, clean room. Nothing special but had everything we needed. Didnt have time to try out the pool and other facilities so cant comment on them. Would stay again as very handy location for the rugby.

This is a good hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. The only issue I has was there was only 1 working lift (other was being repaired) so it took quite a LONG time for it to arrive on your level. I would stay there again if I was in Northampton.

A lot of things that were wrong at this hotel
During my stay:
1) In the bedroom:
-impossible to increase the heating (it was very cold!?)
- it smelled like sewage(horrible!!?)
- the TV didn’t work (it did not light up)
- the lights went on during the night and woke me up many times!!? (bad contact, but not normal)
- the room service: the first night, the women came into my room before I gave her the permission. And she has staying to speak. It was totally impolite. I was very chocked!! The room is private. Nobody has to come, or force the passage without agreement.
2) In the hallway:
- the waste was piled up (for a long time without anyone coming to get them). It was very dirty and inappropriate in front of the customers
- one of the lifts was not working. It was very long to wait. I have lost o lot of time (I was too upstairs to take the stairs with my suitcases)
3) During the breakfast:
- I have not understood: there is no tray. The room was very big, and the tables far. So, it was completely not convenient all the time to had to come and come back
- I had not finished my breakfast that the waitresses removed already it!! Each morning it was the same thing. I repeated many times: “ No, I have not finish” Did they want to put me out the door..? No polite again!!
Otherwise, the food was OK. But a lot of thing must to be improve for the costumers.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a trip to Northampton. The hotel is well located and good value for money. It was over the weekend and there was a great to be so close to the town centre. I would recommend for a weekend away. Rooms are different and quite funky.

The room was stylish, modern and well furnished. It was cleaner throughout. The shower was totally awesome - the best I've had in a hotel to date. All in all I'd rate this hotel as excellent quality and excellent value for money.
