Stayed here whilst attending a course and nothing bad to say!
Staff were super friendly
Rooms were very clean and also quiet
Well serviced by an excellent public transport system
The included breakfast was excellent and varied.

The staff members were friendly, efficient, and available without being in your business. Room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide variety, fully stocked, and some of the best breakfast hours ever. Hotel is located away from city action, but nice community. I enjoyed my stay. Excellent view from 12th floor!!

I had read several good reviews about this hotel and decided to stay, based on what I'd gathered. At the time of travelling / stopping the nearest team from Stockholm Central Station was under repair, and getting there wasn't overly easy at 10pm on a Sunday night ( train then Tbana then bus ! )
My worries were eased the next day when I discovered the nearby ferry ( M/S Emelie ) was included in the SL 7 day travel card I'd purchased at Arlanda Airport upon arrival. Getting into Stockholm city / Gamla Stan was made very easy using this ferry / card. Buy one if you're stopping 3 or more days !
I had read there weren't many places to eat or drink around the hotel, but this is nonsense.
Prices are comparable to upper end London prices I would say.
One thing I would earn against is buying whisky from bars. 3 x singles cost me more than 2 x meals with 2 x beers !!!

Stayed at the Raddison with 2 kids for a quick trip to Stockholm and the hotel was great. The room wasn't very big but was good enough for us. The location is a bit out of the center but that was perfect for us and easily accessible by the tram (bus when we were there due to construction). Breakfast selection was very good as well.

Booked in here last minute (1 hour before I checked in at 1am in the morning) as my work travel company messed up my booking. Quick good check in. Man on reception suggested I book my taxi for the morning it advance as it can be difficult in the morning which was very helpful. Room was very clean but fairly basic...but had coffee/tea in the room and great shower. Dove shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. No slippers or gown.
Breakfast area looked more like a canteen...tables not set and have to get your own cutlery and paper napkins. No pastries/cakes other than croissant. Limited choice. Limited bread and filter coffee. Had scrambled eggs and they were cold. Probably first hotel breakfast in a very long time that I didn't enjoy at all.
Worst still, saw a table that had been set for someone who had "reserved" and it was laid out how you would expect for all guests...cutlery, tea cups (not mugs like the rest of us got), flowers on the table etc.
Makes other guests feel like second best!
