Jennifer Bon 15/11/2017 04:28The restaurant aims to please, the housekeeping staff is friendly and trying their best, now the front desk could not smile or geet anyone in a friendly manner if their life depended on it. As from other reviews, dated rooms but clean, location is perfect, walls are paper thin and better to ask fellow occupants of events because front desk is clueless on how-to help or volunteer helpful hints from
parking to area restaurants, sad very sad for the excellent location in the Downtown District of Toledo.
Nice Hotel with Some Rough Edges
Mike Pon 14/11/2017 18:57We stayed here for an event at the hotel. We arrived at 4pm - an hour after the earliest check-in time - and were told our room wasn't clean yet! Parking was very limited and we got one of the last spots at the parking garage at the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious, but lacked a hotel guide - had to call the front for things normally in such guides.
Convenient & enjoyable stay
539karikon 14/11/2017 16:43Hotel staff are very helpful & food at the restaurant was very good! The beds are a bit soft & squeeky but otherwise the rooms are very comfortable. Love the shower & the doors don't slam shut causing lots of outside noise!

W1877IXsuzanneson 10/11/2017 21:01Paid for riverview upgrade. Not worth the price as the main view was a delapitated building that looke like it was ready for demolition. River was at an angle. Save your money and just walk to the river as it is close by for a good view. When travelling, I expect more than average for the hotel that I pay for as it is my refuge from busy days. Hotel could use some updating.
Great staff and clean rooms
David Won 09/11/2017 15:54The rooms were clean and included coffee makers, a refrigerator w/s and a microwave. The staff was very friendly, The draw back was $10 a day parking in the Sea Gate Center garage. the furniture and desk were comfortable and adequate.
