Was able to make reservations at the Park Plaza for one week. We arrived late afternoon and went to check in. What a pleasant experience, no delays, no hassle, just a friendly front desk attendant. Went to our two bedroom unit on the 4th floor, WOW, well furnished and clean, important to reiterate, clean! There was plenty of wood for the fireplace just in case it would get cold enough, which it didn't. We enjoyed our balcony to watch all the rest of the tourists and employees dart around the town center. Really enjoyable.
We were surprised the first morning to find that a continental breakfast was served each morning, something not normally found at a timeshare. So we did enjoy the complementary breakfast and were happy to see someone taking care of its guest.
We enjoyed each of our 7 night there and have no complaint. Well, one small one complaint aimed at the flies.....How dare you fly into the bedroom!

My family and I have been going to Park Plaza for 19 years now. It is such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere.The condo is very spacious and very well maintained. We like to go down to the hot tub and relax after a nice dinner together, then come back to the room and roast marshmellows by the fire. We always come in the end of September beginning of October and truly enjoy the beauty of the mountain sides surrounding Park Plaza. The fall colors are amazing. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the restaurants, five senses trail and 3 mile amazing walk to Beaver lake. My family and I will continue our family gathering and ALWAYS choose Park Plaza at Beaver Creek to stay. There is truly something magical about Park Plaza and the staff is amazing. I definitely would recommend Park Plaza for anybody traveling through Beaver Creek. You will not be disappointed!!!

The location adjacent to the village could not be better, very nice, clean, spacious rooms which were well maintained, very pleasant, helpful staff, reasonable rates, modest breakfast included, love the sound of the brook outside our window.

Just returned from my annual visit to "the Magic Kingdom," i.e. Beaver Creek Resort (just minutes west of Vail) and the incomparable Park Plaza right at the center of the village. There's really no place in America quite like "the Park." From administration (Julie) to housekeeping, to the front desk crew, they treat you like you are "home." Every amenity is available, the condo unit are spectacular and very roomy. I go back every year, and will until I cannot any longer. Enjoy your stay with Julie and her staff.

My husband, two teenagers and I stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at the Park Plaza in Beaver Creek the last week in July 2017. The condo was very well appointed. The master suite on the upper floor was gigantic. Both master bathrooms had been recently remodeled and were very nice. There were two small balconies, one off of the living room and the other one of the upstairs master suite. The building has a large lobby. A nice continental breakfast is served there every morning. There is an indoor pool and a few exercise machines. Guests can use the fitness facilities and pool at the Park Hyatt for a discounted fee. There was daily housekeeping.
The Park Plaza is right in the middle of Beaver Creek Village. Most nights, we just took the elevator downstairs and walked to one of the many restaurants at Beaver Creek. There is also an ice rink in the middle of the village, which is open on summer evenings. I thought that we would drive to Vail frequently for dinner, but there was no reason to leave Beaver Creek. We had a great stay ,and I would choose Park Plaza again.
