This is a good hotel in a great location, just opposite the train station. It is very close to the shops and some great bars and restaurants. The Check In staff were very friendly and efficient. The room we were given on the 5th floor was a slight disappointment as it was a little tired looking. I have stayed in much nicer rooms at this hotel. The Elemis products are a nice touch, although they were quite limited compared to the Park Plaza in Westminster, which we stayed at a couple of weeks ago. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of hot and cold items. We had parked at a local car park and received a concession from the hotel. It should have been £24.00 for 24 hours but we were only charged £12.00. They only confusion around the parking was that the Receptionist didn't tell us that we has paid for the parking on our hotel bill, so we were trying to pay at the Car Park. Overall a good stay and we would would stay again due to the location

This is a high rise hotel which means waiting for the lift to get to and from your room. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious.
The breakfast was a bit of an issue it was fairly decent food but the lighting was set for romance not a morning meal, it was far too dark.

Great location, right in the center of Leads shopping and restaurant scene. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast food selection is great. The proximity to the train station makes the hotel even more convenient.

Stay here regularly for work.
Check in generally efficient, but with a couple of exceptions where there has been confusion over my booking.
Great rooms to stay in, large bright rooms with everything you need. Great toiletries in the bathroom and always have a great nights sleep on the huge bed.
Ask for a high floor to get amazing views of Leeds and the corner rooms I’ve stayed in have been superb.
Agree with comments about some of the dated and tired furniture, but doesn’t put me off particularly.
Wouldn’t eat here, as the restaurant is oriental food and very expensive. With such a selection of places to eat in Leeds it’s easy to find much better food a lot cheaper elsewhere. The hotel let’s itself down on its food offering.
Breakfast is good with a wide selection. I’ve found sometimes food dries up under the hot lamps though.
Overall happy to regularly stay here.

Central location 4 minute from major railway station 3 minute stroll to eateries pubs & amazing shopping mall Trinity! Leeds Brandison Airport 20 minutes by taxi approx £20. Close to other major cities Manchester & Liverpool.
