I have enjoyed here alot. Rooms are very comfortable, services were excellent & food was very tasteful. Front Desk team is supportive. I would specially thank full to Mr Sant Ram Gupta. He is very kind person and helpful. Kudos to Park plaza. Thank you for giving me a memorable stay.

Very bad stinking rooms. Not hygienic and not good for disability. They need 50 yrs more to improve or they need time machine to improve their services. Management is realy poor . Its like stain in the name of hospitality.
Sorry to say but managet is taking salary for doing nothing.

This is a nice luxury hotel in what seems to be the center of the town. We landed up here while driving from Bengaluru to Ladakh by road. The hotel does have very small parking area but we were able to find parking properly. The rooms are well appointed. The food is good but can be improved by few notches. For the price they charge for food, it does leave lots to be desired.

Location wise this is well located gives you grand entry and beautiful lobby but issue happens with room they need maintenance starting from tap, showers to Aircondition. I had serious issue with AC technical need to call at 12:15 am as Room was not getting cool. Service is very slow but gym is cool and probably best trainer Kuldeep
