Rubbish stay no hot water was offered another hotel to shower but this was not an option very noisy neighbours nothing much was done breakfast was nice but didn’t enjoy the stay rooms were cold and couldn’t adjust the heating

The room was a decent size with a huge tv! Very convenient location for town centre and castle. I reported a broken hairdryer
And it was replaced immediately.
Secure car park which costs an additional £15/day.
Will return next time I visit Nottingham

Booked what I thought was the Crowne Plaza for an overnight stay after the James Blunt concert at Nottingham Arena. Turns out it was the Park Plaza, with no inclusive parking, and certainly no integral Urban Rooms!

Great place to stay ideal location, the staff were really friendly, car was able to be parked safely underground for a small fee, great selection of food at breakfast. We will visit Nottingham again and stay in his same hotel, thank you.

Booked this hotel to go to the glee comedy club. Very central location, Amazing room with nice toiletries and bathrobes and slippers. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Nice option to open the windows aswell for fresh air as I HATE hotels where you can't. Nice stocked fridge. Check in a bit slow but other than that i will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a beautiful stay in nottingham
