I have stayed at many hotels in Delhi and now find The Park Plaza Shahdara a really great place to stay. What's special about the place is the very personalised service at the restaurants as well as front office. Suraj & waseem went really out of his was to not only make us absolutely comfortable in the hotel but helped in booking cabs for our shopping and tours.Thank you Suraj & waseem for taking care of us.

room was clean.has security box.
bathroom was clean
breakfast was very good and so many choices.
staff was nice and helpful
indian foods that served was delicious
it was not near to center of delhi but with uber it was just around 300 rupies

One thing I can say spent an wonderful evening then in Chingari Restaurant. Although I understood nothing of Gazal but enjoyed the melody. Good food nice services and ambiance. That to your team members to make my evening glorious and loving. Looking to visit you again.

We keep coming to different hotels every now and then due to companies events. We are around 50 people attended the event for last two days.
