I’m not certain whether this is a decent place to stay; I’ve never seen their rooms. However, as a venue for large-scale events, it’s right up there. Catering for 1,000 people is a task and you need a special service team to keep it slick. These guys do a great job and impress me every time. Everyone is served within 12 minutes and the food is of a really good standard. So hard to achieve.
These guys deserve to be busy…

My second stay at this hotel albeit with a 4 or 5 year gap. Very very disappointed. Terrible customer service and generally all round chaos in the hotel. Room facilities were average at best and the breakfast experience was like a disaster recovery exercise in a conference centre. Not worth the money so go elsewhere.

Ladies night birthday treat. Perfect studio for three, good location. Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. Room very spacious and immaculate bathroom excellent with both bath and separate shower. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

There were tea/coffee making facilities but little choice of beverages e.g. only 2 breakfast teabags per day and only 4 milk portions. There was only 1 loo roll and when we asked housekeeping for more we were given a pack of 4.
Our room was on the 3rd floor. On the first night we could hear children next door so the walls are quite thin. This didn't interrupt us, however on our second night we were woken at around 02.00 by knocking on the door. This was alarming at that time. My friend went to the door to check and saw 2 security guards talking to a women in the corridor who appeared to be upset. The telephone in our room then rang but no-one there when I answered it. We went back to bed but the talking continued outside our room. The whole experience was quite unnerving.

great location, little presents for kids, restorans and bars a bit on expensive side as you would expect from cental london hotel but nothing extravagant. pool area is small but well kept. Overall good value family stay in London
