We found our room comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The breakfast menu was varied and the food well prepared. Check in and out was quick and the staff cheerful and friendly. All in all, a pleasant place to stay while in Brisbane.

Thanks to all the staff that were involved in our anniversary celebration on Friday night the 17th November. The night went off without a hitch and I was very pleased with the result. I will definitely be using this facility in the future.
The rooms we booked had a fantastic view and were well renovated, I was surprised how big they were to.
Once again thankyou to all the Hotel staff who I found to be friendly and efficient.

I'm a regular guest at the hotel and they never disappoint me. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms in an excellent location with easy access to the city, Southbank and public transport. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough and definitely worth booking for your Brisbane stay.

Chosen primarily for good facilities near to the Arts/Library precinct. Otherwise, it was a little distant from restaurants: found the in house facilities seem to be more a lunch, bar, coffee shop that closed for dinner when I was there.

Missed my train and got a good deal on a Superior Apartment, 1 Bedroom, City View room with a king sized bed ($113 on Expedia). It was a block up from Roma St Station and was way more than I was expecting.
Everything was clean, the staff were so friendly and the room was amazing; the bonus was that it had facilities to heat up a can of soup!
The king sized bed was like sinking into a cloud and I slept like a baby after a great shower. I was surprised that there wasn't much noise with it being so close to the train station.
Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
