We came to Naples primarily to work at a Golf event. This was the 4th year that we made this trip and we decided to stay for a longer period of time. We decided to come to Park Shore Resort when we rented a two-bedroom condo. From the outside, Park Shore looks like a motel but this is wrong. Once you get inside or you walk around, it's clear that each unit faces a lovely water feature. There is a pool, hot tub and grills available for use. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is quite comfortable and we hope to return next year.

Room was little dated but the facilities were excellent, views amazing and the setting idyllic. Staff were very helpful and attentive and the kitchen and facilities in the room were excellent. A great place to stay to explore the beautiful City of Naples and surrounding areas. Free tea and coffee and an outdoor barbecue too!!

We stay every year in Naples and wanted a cheaper resort to normally paying Naples Bay prices. Great resort not local to tin city but get an Uber very cheap if u don't want to drive. Would definitely recommend.

First off the rates are relatively good for a 2 bedroom suite. The property, despite the fact they suffered a direct hit by Hurricane Irma, was in good condition. They still did have some branches in the water and you could see some damaged areas, overall good condition.
Rooms were nice, the bathrooms could use some renovations, re-sealing and caulking, they were clean, small, but clean. Eventually they will have structural issues if they do not re-seal or caulk the tiles in the shower area,
I would spend some $$$$ on replacing the pillows, after the first night I woke up with neck and shoulder pain from the flimsy pillows.
Now, remember that this is also home to some retirees, they apparently own some the the units. The pool and gazebo close at 10:00 PM. a little early for my taste, but then the "old folks" don't like the noise.
The handicapped hoist at the pool did not work, so that was a negative since we had a teenager that could have used the hoist to enjoy the pool.
They do have a nice bar and a restaurant. The Bar Tender was very friendly. The prices for food are $$$.
Overall I would give this establishment a B or B-.

The premises was located in a quiet and beautiful area of Naples. Margie from the front desk upgraded us to a 2 bedroom deluxe. It was nice and roomy. The kitchen had all the comfort of home. We cooked breakfast during our,stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The facility had tennis courts and volleyball as well as a pickle court. The pool area was just simply beautiful and with a hot tub. Publix was walking distance. Next to the facility was,a dollar store, Homegoods and Sacks 5th Ave that my wife loved. The staff were friendly. The facility is located in a beautiful and quiet section of Naples. I would definitely stay here again.
