Close to everything
mildew1949on 29/05/2017 03:30I have stayed here many times. It is a modern hotel with quite modern AC rooms and facilities. Staff at reception and restaurant are very friendly and most speak English. Good window views of the beach and streets below. Great roof top pool and bar area with good views across the bay and port. Breakfast is very good with a large selection to choose from. Best fruit and plenty of it. Complimentary drinking water available. Think twice before getting money exchanged at reception. Valet parking and "front of house" security. Has a great bar for drinks after work. Free wi-fi in rooms.
Nice hotel
PatriciaNakashimaon 22/05/2017 22:51I stayed with my family and friends and the hotel was very good, clean, good size room, friendly staff and very good complimentary breakfast. The hotel is located in a very nice location, close to the beach.
Two stars and objects disappear from room
Nelson Fon 19/05/2017 00:24I would like to start by saying that this is by no means a 4 star hotel. 2 stars is more realistic.
Front desk people are rude. No paper tissue in room. No air conditioning for two consecutive days. Hair dryer is outdated. But I could tolerate all of this if they did not steal my AirPod. On the top of that I complained at the front desk early in the morning and 10 hours late I still have not received any feedback from management.
I will have to file a police report but will never see my AirPod again.
Only nice people were the valet parking fellows.
My recommendation is, stay away. Novotel close by is well better.
Close to beach
Karin Lon 30/04/2017 12:09Large, clean room, nice seaside view from room and pool. Nice breakfast with omelette a la minute. Slow wifi. Easy to beach access with activities and beach kiosques and nice to take a stroll along the beach.
An elegant hotel
