Paper paper thin walls..... and obviously the kind of inconsiderate clients that are looking for the cheapest motel they can find....saw a bloke a robbing the main shop as we were there too.... I'd suggest you look at staying Solvang...

Ok, granted, it’s not the hotel’s fault that five ludicrously loud harleys parked right under our hotel room windows, and that the ‘ladies’ on the back of bikes laughed like drunk hyenas ‘til midnight.
But, it is the hotel’s problem that, every time someone closed a door, the whole building shook.
And, it is also the hotel’s problem that, even though the people in the room above our’s probably weren’t insomniac Sumo wrestlers, it sure sounded like they were...
and there must have been at least 6 of them, and they didn’t sleep at all ... and they each showered at least twice. My point is that the walls are apparently paper thin.
So .... if you’re looking for a good nights sleep, this may not be the best choice.

Hotels in Solvang were either full or ridiculously expensive for a recent weekend business trip so I ended up at Pea Soup Andersen's. I paid half of what I would have paid in Solvang. This is a great option to keep your stay economical but still close to the Solvang area.

For years Iv been hearing about the Anderson’s legendary pea soup, and finally I had the opportunity to visit there. It was a fantastic experience, the best pea soup Iv eaten,lovely staff, and a cozy atmosphere.

We stayed here 3 nights because the rate was decent and its centrally located between many central coast tourist spots like morro bay , Santa Barbara and Solvang .the rooms were clean and restocked everyday and a better than average continental breakfast provided free and the staff was friendly and could provide sodas, snacks and advice . I would stay here again if I had to say something negative the tv was a bit small and the bed was a bit tired they could also use new coffee makers in the room but that's really knitpicking.
