Was on the third floor (some comments say lower down the rooms aren't so great).
Room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! I had a chest infection at the time and that bed was just what I needed!
Location was okay, near everything you could need.
Staff were pleasant, friendly and very attentive at breakfast.
One flaw; either there was not hot water or it didn't work in our room.
Wifi worked which was always a bonus!

Staff no attentive ,tea served in a chipped cup.,when asked for a extra bed extra mattress is provided saying that room will be congusted ..No value for money. Never suggest someone to stay with this property..Staff has a lot of attitude .The guy at reception was no attentive .Was really rude .They know how to Rob a guest

Can improve on the facilities particularly the linen.Complimentary breakfast is fine.But lunch and dinner provided only on request.Infact the staff discouraged us to dine there,but go elsewhere.since there are a lot of eateries ,within walking distance it was fine.

The hotel was very good.Rooms were also neat and clean as shown in pictures on their website.Buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant was also good.Staff was really friendly and helpful.Good value for money.

For this money I expected better condition. Rooms just look beautiful on pics, but every room has very bad smell😬😬😬 And hot water is not coming in shower, at all, no matter how long you are waiting for😵 The room for which I paid 2750 don't has a window. Air conditioning is very poor. Restraint is not comfortable, meal not too much tasty.
As I stucked in Cochin I stayed there 1 more night. I shifted from 1st to 3rd floor in room with higher class. It was more beautiful and had better air conditioning, and window also. But terrible smell is still there and shower is little little warm what ever I was doing.
So for sure I will not come back there.
