Best resort having sunset point and private beach access nearby and can have walk through the beach side during sunset/ sunrise. Good service, food is bit expensive but comparable to other resorts in the island.

Good hotel near beach and sunset point, average food

The hotel is located very close to a small beach, about a minutes walk away. It also has a sunset point. The cottages are well maintained. We stayed in a Standard A/C cottage, and the rooms were very big with a big bathroom. There is a small sit out area outside almost all cottages. They also have a play area for children.

Issues:
1. We were allotted the first cottage immediately behind the reception (do nto remember the cottage number). They are constructing a new floor above the reception and we were disturbed the whole afternoon and evening (till almost 7PM) with the screeching sounds of blade cutters and drilling machines. Even after complaining 3 times, it did not stop (though they kept on saying that it will stop in a few minutes). They should understand that guests have come here for a pleasant stay after paying money. Will not recommend any cottage in the vicinity of the construction work.

2. There restaurant uses egg in Naans and Kulchas, and there menu does not have the Red/Green/maroon dot system to identify this. Till date we experienced eggs being used in naans only at one 5-star hotel, but that hotel informed us about it. But at Pearl Park, do not expect this. The mushrooms were not sauted properly and tasting very bad.
Even most of the veg dishes we ordered smelled of sea food, may be they used the the same oil as used for frying fish or some other sea-food. This made the food disgusting for us especially we being vegetarians. When we told about this, their attendant started explaining that this how authentic cuisine is prepared.

Unapologetic attitude, and no intention to address a guest's issue makes one feel so bad that the expectation of a peaceful enjoyable and pleasant vacation from such highly priced hotels turns into a big disappointment in no time.

(In some reviews we read that though Andaman is highly priced, but the level of hospitality is quite abysmal at most places. So keep your expectations low this place.)

Location is awesome. Standard rooms are too small. No a/c no geyser. Standard rooms are worse than two 🌟 hotel. In my view better avoid this place. They are very particular about extra occupancy. They charged for my 7 and 8 year kids.

The location of this hotel is very good. The Hotel amenities are very good. Value for money proposition. The food is also good. The staff service is good. Over all we had good times at this hotel.We stayed for one night.

Partly constructed hotel that can be better

I stayed here for 1 night..this place needs lot of work to be better..
1. The food and view of the beach was amazing.
2. Staff was good enough.
3. Rooms were very small. It was hard to move around.
4. Air-con made horrible noises all night and started leaking by next morning. Luckily it was time for my check out.
5. Rooms looked unclean and the basin was clogging.
6. mushy ground in and around the hotel premises allowing too many insects and mosquitoes.

The place looked more like a construction site as it seemed that they were expanding. It has potential to be way better
