I have been staying in this hotel for past 10 days.
And I regret to state that I am extremely disappointed.
Hygiene - you can see insects/ flies flying around not only in room and corridors, but in restaurant as well.
Maximum at the place where food is served. If this is the case you can very well imagine about the overall cleanliness of this place, which is quite evident visually as well.
Facilities - Wifi is not working, no water pressure in washrooms, laundry service is not regular.
Faculty staff - To top it all is the attitude of the staff. From reception (Mr Yogaraj) , to cook , till so called Manager (Mr Rohit Dua) are rude, no courtesy, no hospitality.
If you call up reception regarding some issues (wifi unserviceable for so Long etc) ... Mr Yogaraj's reply "we can do nothing about it" (Hum Kuch nahi Kar Sakte)
If you complaint staff's behaviour to Mr Rohit Dua (so called manager) .... nothing doing. According to him his staff is awesome. His staff will argue with you and raise their voice in front of him.
On top of that Mr Dua refuses to give his immediate senior's contact number when asked for.
I am taking this effort to write this review so that no one else suffers the way my colleagues and I have suffered.
I am contacting my organisation to change my hotel as soon as possible and to never book the same in future

The hotel has a set of the most inhospitable staff one can imagine. From the manager to the cook to the reception staff, we were spoken to in a rude manner by all. Neither are the facilities worth it nor the hospitality. When we asked them for the owner's number in order to complaint, they even refused to provide us with the same. Overall, the most terrible stay ever.

It's a good place though a little inside which adds up to their benefit as it takes you away from the noise on the road. Value for money, clean linens and maintained well. Good for all type of travellers. It's situated in a residential area.

I visited this hotel for a business purpose, I checked in jus by looking at the reviews. When I reached the room I found the rooms in very stinky, unhigenic and filthy.
I decided to check-out immediately but the reception told me If I want to check out now I have to pay in full amount and I was forced to do so.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent visit to Bangalore and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service excellence displayed by the staff to make my stay comfortable. Rooms were nice and spacious, food impressive and service simply brilliant. From noticing and delivering on every small need, the staff went out of their way to exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.
