The hotel was wonderful - the view from the hotel was stunning and the staff went above and beyond! Jigme was a lovely host always said good morning with a huge smile on his face! The area is breathtaking with roaming Monks all very peaceful. Would recommend this piece of heaven to anyone!

Very nice hotel. Excellent service, most helpful staff led by Mr Jigme. Truly a home away from home. Not a single chance of dissatisfaction. Location is so very good. In a minute of walk you are in the hussle bussle of the city and otherwise you are in the very quiet area.

While at Macleod Ganj , we were looking for a clean place to have Lunch and or Dinner, as we were walking by to The Palace of HH Dalai Lama by chance we encountered this hidden Gem.
They have vast choice of Indian , continental , Chinese and Bhutanese and Tibbatan food.
On top of delicious food at reasonable prices the location is awesome just overlooking the valley with The palace on forefront and beautiful view of RanaPratap sagar and Dharamshala.
Best place in Macleod Ganj .

Wonderfully welcoming people run this very comfortable and clean place, with one of the best views in McLeod Ganj. The restaurant also serves up a fine cuisine.
Have stayed there on many occasions through the years and will always go back.

Pemathang Guest House has an incredibly reasonable price. It is just the right distance away from the main noisy market and so is very peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the guest house. However the restaurant was very average; I personally ate outside.
Were I to visit again, I will definitely stay there.
