We spent 5 nights in the Apartamentos Venecia during a recent trip to Granada. We both found the property owners to be very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and our private room to be in immaculate condition. This is a super clean residence!
The guesthouse interior is very charismatic, with lots of paintings and decorations. It also smells very refreshing. Thankfully the hallways and stairwells were nice and cool during the extreme heat of July, however our room was very stuffy and hot with only a wall-mounted fan to keep us cool. The property had great WiFi and a nice terrace to enjoy the Alhambra views with some cold drinks. It is also located about 15 minutes hike to the Alhambra palace, or 5 to the main Plaza Nueva where you can find dozens of restaurants, bars and shops.
Finally, it's worth mentioning that our room was not en-suite, although I do believe there are many room options available, but the communal bathrooms were always clean and presentable. There is no communal kitchen or cooking facilities without choosing the larger apartments available. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay, albeit some air-conditioning would be an excellent addition during the hottest days of summer here.

Stayed a couple of nights in the upstairs ( lol everything is upstairs ) top storey apartment. Fully self contained with a patio balcony - nice. Well appointed clean and great location. Very quiet, good fans but no aircon ( that's ok at 30 C but might be an issue if hotter )
We had a couple of issues
A) no reservation recorded on arrival as our emails had been overlooked but our host was very accommodating and found a room - he even suggested we could otherwise sleep in his house - or perhaps I misunderstood as English is not well spoken - Google translator a bonus. Make sure you get reservation confirmation.
B) no wifi at our level for a significant period of our stay - very frustrating when trying to forward plan but I suspect Sergio at 70+ may not have the wherewithal to fix that - he has a propensity I suspect to show his Captain Grumpy face when clients don't toe the line or arc up.
Can recommend and for the mid budget price, pretty good.

The place was very clean and bright. The windows had shutters to block most noise and all light. It was very quiet at night and the owner brought tea each morning to our room! The bathrooms are shared, however this never posed an issue. The owners did not speak English, so sometimes communication was an issue. A great stay! I recommend.

We were aware upon booking that our room at Apartamentos Venecia would be small, but it was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Our host had somewhat limited English skills but was very pleasant and accommodating. Note that it's a cash-only transaction. Apartamentos Venecia is so near to the Alhambra that there's a view of it from the pleasant rooftop patio. If you have a car, parking is a bit complicated but a daily discount of 3 euro is given in a multi-level garage (with extremely tight parking places) that is a ten-minute walk away. Upon leaving, we hadn't realized that the parking garage opens at 8am (8:30 on Sundays and holidays) and we'd arrived to collect our car at 7am, so check its hours when you park.

Me and my husband were there few days ago. Sergio, the manager, and his wife Carmen, were very friendly with us. We feel like at home. We stayed at double with private bathroom. Room was very very clean and very confortable. Accommodation is at 5min walking to Alhambra, and it's at the center of the city.
Quality/price was perfect!! When we come back to Granada we will return to Apartamentos Venecia!!.
