The room was too dusty in summer time. Therefore it was a nightmare for my friend who has allergic.
Really back packer setting. No ac, no elevator up to 3rd floor.
Parking space also a problems as you need to park far away. There is no near parking space available
You can hear the sound from the street for the bad room insulation

Good value for money. The location is excellent. If you are searching new and modern place this is not it. This is old and symphatic place. But everything needed is available. Wi-fi works oldy in the stairs. The old lady of the house is really nice and helpful. She helped us to find free public parking place nearby.

we stayed here for 2 nights and this place is defi a good value for money.
its located in one of the small streets (can be a bit difficult to find) but you turn one corner and you are on the grand streets of granada next to the river :)
the location is great - free parking is about 10 minutes walk across the river. not that bad actually.
the host was sweet and made us free comfortable.
the only annoying thing is that the hotel is located among residential flats so it can get quite noisy. we had a flat across from where our room, watching television quite loud until 2 am both nights. not the hotel's fault but they need strong soundproofing and mind you - this hotel doesnt have a lift if you come with heavy luggage.
there is a supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the hotel for your cheap snacks :)
wi fi didnt work on the 2nd floor where our room was.- we had to sit on the stairs to get wifi - they need a stronger modem.

The Pension Martinez is located at walking distance from all the main attractions and the price is very reasonable taking into account the location. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable enough for a short stay. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. It is located on a small secondary street, but it can be a bit noisy if someone is walking by. I personally did not like the towels, as they felt kind of like paper on the skin. All considered, it is a good deal if you are looking for a place in the city centre for a reasonable price.

the stay was almost very comfortable..probably the place wasnt really crowded in october...so the stay was really comfortable...my friend complained about very bad noise insulation as he could literally hear the couple in the neighboring room getting over each other really loudly...
