The staff was welcoming an helpful and the private parking is a good offer in the price although the neighborhood is a good one; the location is ok, not the best one but a few minutes drive (or taxi) to historical center; the rooms are spacious and clean but if you want to oversleep in the morning ask to get a room opposite to the near church which it'll wake you up for sure with the morning church bells :)
Overall a very good place to stay at.

This is a beautiful, clean inn. Parking spaces on the lot, just ask someone to open the gate. The place does NOT offer breakfast, but it's only a few minutes away from the historical center. Personnel was very welcoming and friendly. For a very low price you get a clean room with a double bed, couch, mini fridge, etc. I would come back if I ever find myself in Sibiu again.

Friendly and easy check in. This place is small but it's clean. Bring own toiletries as limited shampoo and conditioner. Good location - took a cab ride to Piata Mare which was very inexpensive and approximately 5 minutes away. Overall, nice hotel and free parking out front. Would not drive own car here, easier just to take a taxi where you want to go as everything is fairly close.

I stayed four nights at Pensiunea Maria. Spacious chamber, well-equipped and nicely furnished with king size bed, nice bathroom, free and very good wifi. Location was clean with available staff and parking inside. Very good positioned, providing easy access to the historic center (15 min walk) and quick exit to highway if you drive.
But a four star classification location must offer a breakfast, also during as I stay have not changed towels and cleaning left to be desired in some days. Noise is big enough if you want a lazy morning (either the pension or the church bells across the street).
Anyway is a good location for a city break in a beautiful city of Sibiu.

If you want cheap, clean , comfortable and welcoming stay you must visit this pension. This pension offered more than we expected for a very convenient and affordable price. We had a lovely stay here. Probably the best place to stay in Sibiu if you don't want the luxury of spa , swimming pool and entertaining. We had bath robes, sealed flip flops and a spotless room and bathroom . The staff is very welcoming , friendly and happy to help us with whatever we need. 5 star place .
