Top Atmosphere, Top Rooms, Awesome Crew members!!! I just can recommend Penta Hotels to everyone!! Business, Cultutre or Family Trips!! There are even gaming rooms with Play Station service available!!!

Very good hotel close to city centre. The staff were very helpful, providing information on travel options to city centre - just what was needed on first arriving. The room was in the main comfortable - if we were to ask for any improvements it would be more hanging space for clothes and firmer pillows. Food at hotel was good and we would recommend the burgers - just don’t have a starter beforehand as they were huge. Would stay there again if visiting Vienna.

It was the second time in the Pentahotel for me and I still love this place ! The hotel is very close to the city center, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is amazing ! I recommend this hotel !

I had a great three days stay here. Absolutely great stuff, breakfast, food, beautiful lobby and nice and clean room. When we needed something or some advice, stuff immediately helped us. even when they were busy, they were still very nice and professional. I would like to thank to everyone who was working there during our stay (3.11-6.11).

Arrived in the evening, we find a surprise!
Sorry no room for you! I asked to check with my booking.com number but they said "our number is different.." and this should be a problem of the customer?
They said me we try a lot of times to debit your credit card.. but I received only 1 message from the bank, and no email that my booking was cancelled. After this message I also checked with booking.com that all was ok.
Also I use this credit card every day without any problem. I had problem only with them. Isn't this strange?
Very bad experience.
