A great apartment, close to cafes, restaurants and an easy stroll into the centre of Canberra. Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was great to have parking too. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay for our wedding anniversary. Hotel was a little tired in places ie carpet frayed and chipped tiles but overall and enjoyable 1 night stay. Dinner onsite was nice and Day Spa very accommodating regarding booking time.

Too much light coming through bathroom doors into room waking me at dawn every morning. One side of the bed had no support and needs to be replaced. On the last night of my stay, the room had not been serviced but when I raised it, the receptionist kindly did so. I considered the vegetarian risotto at $30 very overpriced. Staff were excellent and hotel room facilities were very good - including free movies and proper coffee. However, in spite of these I would stay here again (and bring an eye mask).

Car parking facillity what a joke and you charge me $45.00 for that. Breakfast, well the quality of the food was dissgraceful for a city Hotel. There was food on the floor left over from the night before. Clearly the place had not been cleaned again a discrace for a city Hotel.
$980.00 for three nights I certianlly wont be using a Peppers hotel again. There are plenty of top quality Hotels in Australia offering far better value for momey
