Very large and well furnished rooms and kitchen.
Good location to explore the city.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
Easy to find and park.
Very quiet location in the mornings- some noise from quayside restaurants and bars on evening but not excessive.

The hotel has excellent facilities and friendly staff. We arrived late Saturday afternoon and when going to the restaurant for dinner it was booked out. Our breakfast at Cube was warm at best. The surrounding areas and restaurants provided quality food and service.

This is a very basic hotel, yet is very over priced. Book a basic hotel 3 stars for $150 a night and you would be getting the same as you do here (but at a lower price). I will not be staying her again not worth the rate.

Staff are brilliant ,Thank you very much Kerryn. Hotel absolutely amazing, its so clean, comfy , décor amazing - value for money Our Room was beyond my expectations - location perfect amazing restaurants, in just a short walk - lots to see & do in and around Launceston

Go for the Riverview Suite for the extra space & facilities
We paid the $50 extra per night for a Riverview Suite which provided a full kitchen & separate laundry. This was excellent value as we were able to do our own breakfasts & some washing after being on the road for a few days. The suite was spacious, modern and with a great view of the river. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful. There are plenty of eating options nearby. The only negative was the $10 extra per night for parking as the resort don’t own or control the parking area directly outside the complex.
