What a beeaaattch to find. Two sat nav's could not find the place. I had to connect to Hotels.com with my iPhone to guide me in with google maps. Even then I drove passed the place twice.
From the outside the hotel looks like a WW2 Bunker (see pic) and the drive up to the room is odd(see pic).
Once inside the place is very comfortable and is a easy walk to the town centre or the Supermarket.
Perfect for a overnight stay but add two hours to your trip just to find the place.

On the outside the Peralba is a typical motel arrangement, drive your car straight up to your room. But on the inside it is like a normal hotel.
It is located close to the autostrada and there are several reasonable restaurants nearby.
Beds are good, bathroom works fine, wifi was very fast when I was there. The desk has two chairs, one of which is always in the way.
The breakfast buffet is a little bit too simple. No fresh fruits, only one type of meat and cheese.
Reception is helpful and friendly.

This location is ideal for travellers, salesmen, technicians...etc.
You can park the car easily, and you get a good breakfast. Reception looks like bank office and contact is very sec. There is a bar next to the reception.

Easy acces by a car, you can park by the room door. Very friendly staff and pet friendly. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked fine.
I did not like the fitted carpet and there is a carnival or something similiar close to the hotel, some noise could be heard at evenings.

This hotel is a hotel in an industrial area near Cornaredo. It is incredibly cheap on weekends as it seems its main function is business people who need to stay on weekdays. It is quite expensive during the week and in my opinion not worth considering for tourists. We used it to stay and visit Milan. We had a car and wanted to stay a little way out to avoid the traffic madness. From this Hotel it is about a 10 min walk to the bus, 10 min ride to Mollino Dorrino station and a 15 min ride to Milan. Might sound complicated but is quite easy to do. Downside is: do not think this is an attractive area to stay in. Upside is: rooms are quite good and very clean (beds are hard) and staff are incredibly helpful and facilities are good. Reasonable rates to eat and drink.
