The room was clean (and kept that way throughout my stay), the communal bathrooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It had everything I needed, I would definitely book this again if I was headed this way.

Where to start. I stayed there for one night and knew it was going to be good when I arrived at the gate in the rain. That was before I entered the b&b to the warmest welcome from Stewart who could not have made me feel more relaxed. It was quite literally like coming home. Wonderfully decorated, I had the most comfortable bed ever (don't remember when I last slept that well), and then the most fantastic home cooked breakfast. Forget staying anywhere else, whatever your budget! I will definitely be back.

Very warm welcome from Stewart. All amenities through building are pleasant and tastefully decorated. Room was proportionately comfortable, double bed with ensuite, tv, drink facilities, wifi, clean and comfortable bedding and decorated in a homely style. Building located in a quite area of Plymouth with a convenience store just up the road. Breakfast was superb with quick attentive service. Would definitely utilise the facilities on my next trip to Plymouth, thank you.

Everyone is very helpful, the food is excellent and hot, rooms nicely set up and clean and I would recommend them to anyone, whether for a couple of days sightseeing or longer term like me. Although near a well used road it is quiet and a short walk to lovely views and beautiful park with well patronised Kiosk by locals and visitor alike.

This bed and breakfast offers a very pleasant stay reasonably close to Plymouth city centre. It offers basic but more than adequate facilities especially for a short stay. Our room was ensuite but some other rooms share bathroom facilities. There was plenty of drawer space but no wardrobe as is the trend in many places now, however there was facilities to hang your clothes.Our room and ensuite facilities were small but this didn't distract from enjoying the stay. The room was comfortable and the heating was adjustable. Owners are very pleasant and extremely helpful. Cooked breakfast was delicious and portion size was perfect. Often these breakfasts can be too big in our experience. There was also a small choice of other breakfast offerings. Some fresh or dried fruit would have been appreciated but maybe this wasn't possible due to pricing. Our stay coincided with attending a football match at Plymouth Argyle so we can recommend its location if this is reason for visit. Local village a short walk from accomodation with local shops, pubs, eateries and taxi rank. Can recommend Cafe Indiya for decent local meal. Lots of places to visit in Plymouth especially in and around the Barbican. Great views from the Hoe.
