Spent two nights on business trip - great engaging staff front desk and breakfast area. Very modern very clean baths, small, quiet and clean rooms. Can’t beat price for location and features. Will be back

Phoenix Hotel its my seconf home in London.
I travel almost every month to London on Business and try to stay there every time.
The location is central and quiet, has some great restaurants nearby and its 5m walk from Hyde Park, so i can keep my running routine when i'm away from home.
The staff is incredibly helpful and caring, always trying to meet your needs.
Breakfast is quite good for the room rate.
Best value for money.

I was in London at the beginning of this month and I enjoyed my four-night stay at Phoenix Hotel.Close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations,with plenty of cheap food options around,in a lively neighbourhood.My room,on the fourth floor,was quiet and with a beautiful view.Breakfast room is on the basement,a really lovely,clean room,with a wide choice of good quality food.Hope to be back soon in London,and Phoenix Hotel will be surely my choice.

Stayed here for a week when in London on a work placement. The hotel is in a really great location - about a 5 minute walk away from Bayswater & Queensway tube stops. I felt safe staying here as a young woman travelling alone. There's loads of different restaurants in the area as well as a shopping centre. The hotel itself was a lot better than i was expecting (the rooms have been renovated) so don't be put off by the old pictures in some reviews. Room itself was very clean - maybe a bit on the small side for two people but i was travelling alone so was fine. I'd definately stay here again - think this hotel is a gem !

Have stayed at Phoenix a number of times and thought it was very good. This time I was less satisfied. The bathroom was not clean when We checked in. Also We Did not recieve Any help from reception booking shuttle to the airport. Apart from that ok but I No longer recommend this hotel.
