Hotel rooms were very nice, immaculate but basic. Great views. Service was outstanding. Lobby was on 5th floor so that was a little odd. Free hot breakfast has terrible coffee so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Super convenient to beach and restaurants.

Great hotel in a really central location. Located right next to all the boat trip/dolphin watching quay. We looked out over the Marina and had a balcony. There was sun until around 11am but the views are spectacular. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. Maid service daily who leave a nice towel animal on your bed. I wouldn’t have liked to stay in one of the non balcony rooms as you would just be looking at concrete across the road. The pool looked fine but in the shade most of the day due to a hotel built in front. The breakfast was nice enough and had fruit, cereals, pastries, muffins, 2 hot choices ( eggs, sausages, potato etc) and toast/bagels. Disposable crockery and plastic cutlery though😮 - shocking. Come on Pier 60. Get some proper crockery and show a bit of regard to the Environment and your customers.

I was in Clearwater Beach for a conference and ended up at Pierhouse 60 because the confernece hotel was sold out. Initially I was worried the atmosphere wouldn't be conducive to work, but I found the hotel quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the view of the bay was nice. My low rating is because of my checkout experience. After pre-paying my room, at checkout I was informed additional charges were made because "they just now reviewed" the paperwork. This resulted in another $100 charge. Then even after checkout my card was 'charged' incidental charges even though I was told this wouldn't happen if there was a cash deposit (which I provided because I didn't want to allow the front desk personnel to photocopy my card).

My two teenagers and I had our second visit to this outstanding spot..walking distance to the beach and Pier-second time BLOWN AWAY by service and venue. Whatever we needed, Carla and the staff at the front desk were there for us. Everywhere you look someone is cleaning something, the whole place sparkled. Mike and the staff at the Crow's Nest made me feel like royalty and escorted in those fantastic sunsets right from the top of the hotel. We added two days to our trip, had to switch rooms but the second was was even better than the first, great views and spacious. This is my only destination in Florida, hands down.

So, the location is fantastic, room is nice and rooftop bar is amazing. However, we couldn't sleep because the mattress is like a rock and the 17x17 flat/firm couch pillows are the only pillows that they provide. In fact, I had a break down at 1am when I couldn't sleep. They were very sweet and brought me two more flat/firm 17x17 pillows. This was not helpful at all. If we stayed more than one night, we had have gone anywhere to purchase
better pillows. We ended up rolling up blankets and using my sweaters to find comfort. Also, the complimentary breakfast is a 2 at best. We had one bite and then left and went to Clear Sky (a block away) for the best breakfast ever!
