Smelly, dirty hotel... Our room was covered in dust. The bathroom was so humid the bedroom looked like a steam room after one shower.
Carpets... Oh my... They might have never been cleaned. The ones in the corridors were covered by a second carpet to cover the first one.
Breakfast is alright although there is no fruits, no tea, no coffee.
We moved to the CITIC just after the first night.
It is located closer to the lake in the new neighbourhood. Air is much nicer to breathe.

We had booked to stay at the crowne plaza hotel as we were assured it was a top class hotel in the area. It is the worst hotel We have stayed in for years and we managed to move after the first night to the Citic Guoan hotel in the new district. So much nicer!
The reception was the first sign of what the room would be like as it was shabby and dirty. When we got to the room it was dirty and smelt and was incredibly noisy. We asked to move rooms but it was no better.
Our shower didn't drain properly so you were showering in a puddle and you wouldn't want to step on the carpet because it was so dirty.
The breakfast was cold and unappertising and we ended up with a slice of toast and that was it. No tea or coffee was served!
