It was more than what I expected for a price I paid. Nice views, clean room and everything. I just hated they charge $36 for Over night parking! Other than that, everything was perfect. Excellent location as well!

The availability for an accessible room was horrible. To only have 1 room with 2 beds isn't good for business. One really bad part was when the hotel attempted to charge my credit card a 2nd time after I had paid for everything.

Spent my first night at this lovely hotel - it was clean, comfortable and friendly - It was in the heart of Vancouver and I felt safe wondering alone as I am a solo traveller.
The room was a Deluxe King and it was nice and roomy. Bed was comfortable and a had a nice view of the harbour. Front of house were lovely and I felt very welcomed there.
I would definitely come back and stay again.

Awesome! You can't ask for a better staff when you want to get pampered, or do business. I love coming to visit this hotel. The food and service are awesome. Anytime that I am in Vancouver I make it a point to stay at the Pinnacle.

On the positive side, the staff were excellent and pleasant to deal with. The restaurant in the main lobby was also nice. There was also a shuttle car that could take us to our engagement, which was extremely handy. On the negative side, the room we stayed in was extremely dated and old. Worse, the room we stayed in was close to the elevators and the noise from the elevators kept us up both nights. A first, we thought it was someone vacuuming but finally figured out that it was the elevators. For the price, this was very disappointing.
