The Staff in the inhouse restaurant of the hotel is mannerless. the management should teach them how to talk with a guest. the rude staff will only spoil your experience. even a cheap gest house staff would know how to be polite with a guest, but unfortunately the staff in this hotel does not

We stayed in hotel during the Sept end month. This hotel is situated in main silvassa city. If you are coming from any vehicle, they have not proper parking space but you can park the car on road and they have 24 hr security person to take care of that. Hotel room is great. we booked super deluxe room which was very spacious. Support staff was so good. They were very cooperative. we booked the room with complementary breakfast but they dont provide buffet breakfast so they have a-la-carte menu so you have to choice from limited option. They have restaurant also but it is costly. Overall it was good stay.

I stayed here along with my wife on 1st Oct, 2017. Here is my brief review:
Pros:
1. Located right in the heart of Silvassa.
2. Tribal museum and church is at a walking distance of 500-600 meters.
3. Big spacious rooms.
4. Food quality and quantity was good.
5. We reached around 3:30pm but yet they managed to process our order for lunch.
Cons:
1. Located right in the city so no swimming pool or other hotel activities.
2. On most websites breakfast in not included in the part of the room tariff.
3. No view as such from the hotel rooms.
Nit picking:
1. We had a situation where we ordered the dinner in our rooms. The food was delivered around 10pm and I had informed the server that he can collect the plates next morning. However the server, ringed us again at 11:30 in the night to take a sign on the bill. I feel this could have been easily handled the next morning.
2. The window AC in the room had broken direction flaps.
Overall, it was a good experience!!

I booked this hotel after going through good reviews online. The rooms were indeed spacious, and the restaurant downstairs decent. The weekend that we were there, the hotel was fairly empty, and there was no further reservation for our room. But the hotel management insisted that we check out on time, despite repeated requests to let us stay a couple of hours more because our train was in the evening. The management had no qualms in watching two women travellers, one of them aged 50+, sit uncomfortably on the couch in the stuffy hotel foyer for 2 hours in the heat. You won't want to run into problems like these, knowing that the hotel staff will not help. There are hotels that offer much better service at the same price for the same kind of rooms in Silvassa. Look around and settle for one where you're most comfortable.

I'm reviewing only the restaurant; This place we visited twice. Probably the only place close to silvassa for kebabs and biryani. Limited choice for kebabs but good preparation. The boneless mutton biryani was good and also the parathas. They also have Chinese.
Good place for non vegetarians.
Service is very slow.
